Pedro’s form was so impressive for Barcelona in the 2009-10 season that he kept Thierry Henry out of the starting line-up. The only player to score in six competitions (la liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey, European Super Cup, Spanish Super Cup and the World Club Championships) in one year as Barca swept all before them, Pedro has the happy knack of being in the right place at the right time. His transition from reserve team player to first team regular happened extraordinarily quickly.
