The top Premier League scorers in the 2010-11 season.
1. Dimitar Berbatov (Manchester United) 20 goals
Five goals in Manchester United’s 7-1 home win against Blackburn Rovers contributed to his impressive haul. The Bulgarian has rediscovered some of his best form after two indifferent seasons at United.
2. Carlos Tevez (Manchester City) 20 goals
Manchester City have been accused of being too reliant on Tevez who is by some distance the club's top goalscorer. The Argentinean handed in a transfer request in late 2010, but then performed a U-turn and pledged his future to the club.
3. Robin van Persie (Arsenal) 18 goals
Missed a chunk of the season through injury but returned to form and fitness at the turn of the year. The Dutchman scored his first Arsenal hat-trick against Wigan in January.
4. Darren Bent (Aston Villa) 17 goals
Bent emerged as one of the most consistent strikers in the division after his move to Sunderland. The England international failed to hit the heights at Tottenham but found his level at the Stadium of Light and Aston Villa signed him in a mega-money deal on January 18 2010.
