Definition: When the player with the ball passes to his teammate and then runs on beyond that player, either to receive the ball back or create a diversion.
Also: When a player who does not have the ball runs ahead of his teammate who is in possession. The player with the ball will commonly look to cut in, while his teammate runs down the line to create a diversion.
