South Korea's Lee Chung-yong has been linked with a move to Liverpool of late, and the signing would make sense.
Lee was highly impressive in his first Premier League season with Bolton, scoring five goals and tormenting fullbacks with his pace and trickery.
He took that good form into the World Cup, where he netted twice as South Korea reached the second round.
Lee has two more years left on his contract at the Reebok Stadium, but would not command a huge transfer fee for a club whose financial situation permits them to sign players within a certain price range.
At 22, Lee will only get better, and with the Reds still needing wingers -especially having sold Albert Riera to Olympiakos on Friday- the move could be advantageous for player and club.
